Orders are closed without fail or exception 48-72 hours after opening if payment is not received. The expectation is that at order issuance, payment will be initiated within 12 hours unless there are exceptional circumstances. Taking into account payment times, this allows the funds receipt to be confirmed within the time frame. Failure to do so will be decided by Banxa after an evaluation.
