If you have created an order and have been charged (the balance appears as deducted on your bank account/Credit card) but the order is not validated (and no coins are sent) your funds will automatically be returned back to your bank account/credit card. Please allow 7-10 business days for the authorization hold or refund of your purchase to show in your bank account. If however, it has been longer than that, please refer to your financial institution for further action. Banxa can also provide confirmation of cancelation or refund if required.
