I've been charged multiple times, how do I get a refund?

All charges to accounts are completed as part of an order. In the unlikely event your bank details show you have been charged twice, please confirm you have not submitted two orders and that the transfers are finalised (not pre-authorisation amounts) 

Should you see that you have been charged for the same transaction please lodge a support request using our support form and our team will be in touch to investigate further.
