I asked for a refund and it's been more than 10 business days. What do I do?

Usually, refunds can take up to 10 business days, sometimes further delays may occur due to your financial institution taking longer to reverse the charges and update your statement information. Banxa reverses charges and processes refunds when your order fails or a refund is requested. 

Please reach out to your financial institution to confirm timeframes for refunds and reversals if it has been more than 10 days.
