Why did my verification fail?

Your verification may fail if you do not submit all of the required identification documents. 

Additionally, if some of your identification documents are not clear, are copies or were pictures taken previously and uploaded later. 

You will receive an error if you do not submit the correct documentation and if further verification is required our customer support team will reach out after reviewing your order to request updated or additional identification.


Before resubmitting, please ensure that your ID and selfie complies with the following requirements:

  • The name matches exactly as shown on the ID
  • The ID is valid and not expired
  • The photo is clear, with no glare or obstructions
  • The selfie is taken live (not a screenshot or pre-uploaded image)
