What does this mean for you?
Due to the change, PayID and Poli payments will be affected. This means you will need to manually update our payment information within your automatic payment gateway with your financial institution. When the payments change comes into effect, you'll be prompted at payment to update your PayID or Poli payment information. To avoid unnecessary delay in orders, please update as soon as you are prompted.
Please remember that when you add a new PayID for NPP, there may be delays as financial institutions can hold up the transactions while performing internal checks to protect their customers. These delays are normal and it's expected to only effect your first order after the transition.
