This will depend on a few things, such as the time you created the order, the time you completed the verification process, the payment method you choose (and the time we receive your payment), your wallet provider etc.
Even if you have made cryptocurrency purchases with us in the past, it can still take several hours for you to receive your cryptocurrency. This is because we need to check every payment we receive to assess it for legitimacy. Once we have confirmed the payment is legitimate and transfer you your cryptocurrency this transfer is not instant. The transfer needs to be reconciled by a network (e.g. blockchain or Ethereum network). Sometimes the network will experience delays due to high transaction volume. Depending on the demand on the network, this reconciliation can take a few seconds or potentially a few hours.
Once your identity and payment are verified, it generally takes between 5 minutes and 3 hours for the cryptocurrency to arrive in your wallet.
