My transaction says it's completed but I don't see the cryptocurrency in my wallet? What do I do?

For most cryptocurrencies you will not see the amount appear in your wallet until the blockchain has processed one additional block/confirmation, this can take up to 10 minutes or longer.

If it has been more than 30 minutes since your transaction showed as completed, please confirm the wallet address you provided when making your purchase order. If the wallet address is correct, please contact your wallet provider.
