My transaction says it's completed but I don't see the cryptocurrency in my wallet? What do I do?

For most cryptocurrencies, it can take a few minutes for your transaction to appear in your wallet as the blockchain confirms the transfer. This usually happens within 10 minutes, but sometimes it may take longer. 

Please wait 10–30 minutes for the transfer to appear. If it’s been more than 30 minutes: 

1.  Confirm your wallet address matches what you entered during purchase

2.  Check with your wallet provider — some wallets update slowly or require network confirmations.

3.  If the transaction still doesn’t appear, please contact Banxa Support.
