Finalised transaction orders cannot be cancelled.
Once payment validation is complete— typically within 20 minutes of submitting your order— the transaction is considered final.
If you see that your order is still pending (i.e. due to verification, waiting for your payment, etc.) you can still request to have it cancelled.
If you believe an error has occurred, please submit a Support Request at support.banxa.com for assistance. We will review your request; however, please note that we cannot guarantee that the order can be cancelled or amended.
