Can I cancel my order?

Finalised order transactions cannot be cancelled. 

Once you have gone through payment validation, we consider the order completed, this is usually within 20 minutes of submitting your order.

If you believe an error has occurred, please submit a Support Request on support.banxa.com or via the “Support” button on the home page
